最近良いお天気が続いてますね～！
私の大好きな季節、
夏がやっとやってきました～～！！
私は夏になると、たったの二日間でも、日帰りでも、
お休みがとれた時には東京を離れて海でできるだけ過ごしてます！
私は海にいる時、一番落ち着くんです。
海に癒され、本当に心からリフレッシュできるんです。
私の幸せの場所なんです。
今週、今年初のサーフィンもしましたよ！
本当に久しぶりのサーフィンだったので次の日の筋肉痛がひどかったんですが、
とっても楽しくて、とってもリフレッシュできました。
海の力って本当にすごいな。
Hey guys! My favorite season of the year, summer is finally here!! I couldn't be happier! Even though I'm far away from Hawaii and living all the way here in Tokyo now, during the summers I try to spend a lot of my time at the beach. Even if I only have one day off, I try to make my way to the ocean to absorb the beautiful scenery and the sun. Nothing makes me happier than the beach. I even surfed for the first time this year Its been a while so I was in quite a lot of pain the next day from not using my paddling muscles. I am feeling so refreshed. The power that the ocean holds never seizes to amaze me. Here are a couple photos from my days at the ocean recently. More to come!
