今朝は曇り空の中、
こちらもお大師様でしょうか？
不躾とは知りながら、
任務を完了すべく
奥の院へ向かいました。
I went to Oku-no-in to
complete the mission
this morning.
朝は山に霧が
かかっていました。
The mountain was
crowded by mist.
いつもはひたすら
真っ直ぐに歩く
一の橋からの
参道ですが、
I always walk straight
from the Ichi-no-hashi,
but
今朝は、右から
行ってみることに
しました。
I took a right this morning.
深緑の中に
お大師様を発見。
Odaishi-sama (Kukai) stood
in the deep green wood.
凛々しいお姿に
しばし見惚れます。
He looked so dignified.
こちらもお大師様でしょうか？
Is he another Odaishi-sama?
不躾とは知りながら、
I knew I would be rude,
おそばに寄り、
but I had to go closer
新種のヘアースタイルを
まじまじと拝見させて
いただきました。
and take a good look
at his new hair style.
そしてこちらは、
And
鮮緑の中でひときわ
見目麗しい観音様です。
She looked even more
beautiful in greenery.
何日も何日も
大雨に打たれ続けながら
A heavy rain kept hitting
them day after day,
ひっそりと佇み
しかし
確かな威厳を放ち、
they stood there quietly
but are surely dignified.
今、より鮮やかな緑の中で
In the brightest greenery,
その輝きと存在感を
顕示しているようです。
They manifested
their shiness and
presence.
何度でも、
No matter how many times,
恋に落ちる.....
I’m falling love again
奥の院。
