my heart has been hurting a lot today.
literally hurting.
it's a kind of pulling pain. In the distinct left side of my chest where the heart resides.
I read online one way to correct it, however rudimentary or true, is to give a long hard cough. that ends up sounding like wheezing.

I hope I don't get an attack when I'm in the condo alone. that would suck. big time.
