Quite a lot has happened since my last post on here.
But I figured now that I have some off time and the fact that the date is 2/22/22 (in the US at least), it would be an optimal time to make a blog post.
The last time I posted on here I mentioned that my band Cellophane Company's debut album was nearly done but was being held up due to "internal issues."
Well, unfortunately, those issues were never really got resolved and the band broke up around that time.
Enthusiasm was the main problem, everybody was hyped to work and collaborate at first but it soon tuckered out.
Fortunately, a few months later, I met with an old friend named Domm and after chatting and jamming for a week, we started a new version of Cellophane Company.
And a couple of months later through my friend Shu Nanno (Check out his music HERE....) I met an artist from Japan named Rokudai Tanaka, we found we had good chemistry and he ended up joining Cellophane Company as well!
So at this moment Cellophane Company is a trio, featuring: Paul Sterling (Me!)
Rokudai Tanaka
Domm Jordan
We've released a couple of small singles back in 2021, I will show the music videos here:
But our major release just came out....
Blast Off.... our debut album.
The album art was painted by Rokudai, he did a fantastic job!
I've been in the mood to write posts on here lately, so I'll most likely go back to posting on here about 60s music as well as activity with my band as frequently as possible.
