There are a lot of cafes around my office. I usually go to one of the cafes for lunch during the week. I go alone, with my coworkers, or my friends.

One of them, "Agoo's cafe," has really good muffins and a lot of different flavors like cream cheese and blueberry, banana and apricot, epresso and custard chocolate and so on. They are a little bit big. I am a light eater but I sometimes go for the cream cheese and blueberry muffin. It is so delicious. Recently I've been more cautious with foods that contain a lot of sugar because of I'm trimming fat, so I stopped eating the muffins.

I went to Agoo's cafe the other day with my friend for the first time in a while and I enjoyed the muffin.

If I think about it, I started to really love muffins in my college days. I stayed in LA for three months to study English and lived in a dormitory. The dormitory cafeteria served big muffins. I used to eat them almost everyday. They had just two sorts of them, plain and chocolate. It was said that they had over 600 calories apiece! But I enojoyed eating it very much.

Now, when I eat muffins, it sometimes feels nostalgic.
