時間管理はいつもついてくるテーマであるが、忘れないうちにいくつか実践しているものを残しておく

1) 予測変換機能の登録
例えば、「いつも」で変換キー(スペースキー)を押すと、「いつもお世話になっております。〇〇会社の○○です。」となるように登録しておく
他にも、定型文として、「以上」→「以上、宜しくお願い致します。」や、「ご不明」→「ご不明点等ございましたら、小職までご連絡下さい。」などを登録している。

2) 情報整理
不要な紙は捨てる
絶対に必要⇒PDFにして、整理済みのPC内のフォルダに格納(ここの階層作りは大切)
必要か迷う⇒書類箱に1週間放置して、毎週金曜日に見なかったものは廃却
他の人がもっている⇒廃却

3) おしゃべり対策
朝に仕事をして、日中は人とあわない場所で仕事をする

4) 電話対策
電話は長くても3分以内
それ以上続きそうであれば、後程メールすると回答すること
よほどの急ぎ/重要な案件でなければ、メールで処理

5) やり直し対策
データを必ずつけて説得する
1発OKになるように、プレゼン前に直属上司に必ず事前確認と説明を簡潔にしておく

6) 帰宅時間の設定
朝の時間に何時に帰るかを設定する
何があろうとその時間になったら帰る(重大クレーム等のトラブルがない限り)
もし平日で終わらなければ、朝早くきて終わらせる
