Hi,good morning.I slept nine hours.I took almost a walk forty minutes.I feel better than yesterday.I really think that health is very important to me.From now on,I will exercise my body each day.Tomorrow,I am going to YOGA class.I think YOGA is a good way to control my body and my mind.Much as I have strong will,my body and my mind is not in the same way.I think that YOGA can take me to achive my goal,and can make my body and mind together.
I am learning a lot of things.Not only the study,but the life.This year ,I have tremendous things I must do.First,I achived it-studying in U.S.Second,I will pass TOEFL test,for I will study in U.S. next year.This is my second goal.But ,my body has some probloms.I do not give up,but I must take care my body.That is my body told me that in this world the most importance thing is to take care my body.I understand.I must do it.This is not joke for me.I will do,I will achive my goal.
