Hi LJ_AUS, Please check the following to see if it works: 1.Start your Mac in so that it performs certain checks and prevents some software from automatically loading or opening. If it is ok in safe mode, the issue is related to third-party add-ins, like WebEx.
Please check and remove them. 2.Make sure you don’t have any third-party add-ins/ antivirus applications installed that may cause the issue. 3.Sign out Skype for Business, delete sign-in information, then sign in again.
