I'm back again with some words.

Its really early and I need to go to work soon..
my motivation is actually too low to go but I will go anyway.

it's Saturday btw.

I'm in pain and I start a fast.
I think I gained weight from binging so I need to do it before it gets worse!!

I will write Blogs again now.

I need to let my thoughts out somewhere and there are no ppl that understand me.

but it's my little blog which I started more than 10 years ago. such a long time.
