☆My Town

I lived in Tsuruta town in Utsunomiya city.

The town is one of the big towns in the city.
My home is in near junior high school. ever morning I can get up late!!

There are many friends. We know each other from kindergarden or elementely school.

I love this town so much!!

☆Famous Entertainer

There are several entertainer from Tochigi.

Maybe you know, UjiKouji, Aya Hirano, Oshima one of Morisannchu and so on.

Recently, UjiKoji become famous. So people gradually know about Tochigi.

Aya Hirano often appears on TV. She has regular proguram-Heiseikyouikugakuinn!!

She is very cute girl!!!

☆Shimotsukare

Shimotsukare is local specialities in Tochigi. Shimotsu is name of place. The origin of the name is from Shimotsuke no Kuni. It was old name of Tochigi.

Shimotsukare uses Sakekasu-sake lees (using in making vinegar, and in pickling or preserving food). So taste is very unique.

In my elementary school and junior high school, we had a school lunch. And sometimes, Shimotsukare appeared as the school lunch.

As I said before, the taste is very unique. Somebody like it, somebody dislike it. Acutually, I dislike it. Because I can't eat Sakekasu and the smell is bad. So if you dislike Sakekasu, I don't recommend it. But if you like Sakekasu, you will like it. PLease try this!!
