I already face many job selection process and today I'm still jobless, although I get some offering and I didn't take that offering. :P maybe because I'm too picky. 
well, In this post I will tell the story of my job hunting process and how did I get a good lesson from every selection process.
1. BP Indonesia
BP Indonesia is the first company that called me when I was still a college student. I'm still at my last semester and I applied many positions on this company but there was just one division (as Safety Engineering) that called me to continue to the next process.
