自殺だったようです。日頃から鬱に悩まされていました。
個人的に大好きな俳優さんの1人だったのでとても悲しいです。
特にオスカー受賞作品の
Good Will Hunting (1997)
とても人生観に関わるような深い作品で感動します。
Will (Matt Damon)というめちゃくちゃ頭がいい少年が Sean (Robin Williams) との出会いを通して成長していく話です。
Robin Williams さんの作品でもう一つ大好きなのが、
Dead Poets Society (1989)
