It has been 5 days since New Year's Eve and I realised I forgot to write up my New Year's resolutions. It is more 7 steps to keep me moving forward in 2014. Far from perfect - but really who wants perfection these days?
1) Be kinder to myself.
2) Eat Breakfast, as long as it is before Lunch time - who cares what time I eat it?
3) Be picky in love - never settle.
4) Before I run, I have to walk - so one step at a time with anything.
5) Practice, Practice, Practice - how else am I going to learn rhythm with my body?
6) Have fun and be in the moment.
7) Enjoy each day, and not let it pass without smiling, laughing and dancing/singing along with that beat.
So now I have said it, lets see how I do this year. Love to all and the best of wishes for a prosperous 2014.
