Sometimes I eat nabe with soy milk.
That's really delicious, I like it ![]()
It's may be popular in Japan, but I mean for exercise of explanation.
●my recipe●
First of all, the soy milk is boiled up slowly and Yuba appears on the top.
(Soy milk skin is called Yuba in Japan.)
After enjoying Yuba, add water and stocks to the soy milk.
When the water boil, put ingredients into nabe.
I like Yuzupon sauce and Tabasco sauce lately.
At the last mixing some rice and cheese makes good risotto!!

napa cabbage (likely size)
mushroom (are subdivided)
garland chrysanthemum (the spelling is difficult...)
bean-starch vermicelli (ditto) etc...
