Two losses for Cincinnati as Zach Collaros is hurt
A look back at what happened this weekend in the Big East Conference: wholesale nfl

What we learned: Cincinnati suffered a pair of critical losses in one game.
West Virginia is alive again in the conference race, but so is almost everyone
else in the league. Louisville's hot streak came to a halt, and South Florida is
finally in the conference win column.
Geno Smith passed for 372 yards, and Eian Smith blocked Tony Miliano's
gametying fieldgoal attempt in the closing seconds to secure a 2421 victory for
WVU (73, 32), handing the Bearcats (72, 31) their first conference loss. UC is
still in first place, but five teams are within one game in the loss column of
the conference lead heading into the last three weeks of the season. However, a
bigger concern for the Bearcats is the status of star quarterback Zach Collaros.

Collaros suffered a broken ankle and watched the rest of the game on
crutches. Backup Munchie Legaux replaced him and played well, and coach Butch
Jones said he and the team have confidence in him with Collaros out of the
lineup until at least a bowl game.
Pitt got its first road win under new coach Todd Graham when the Panthers
(55, 32) ended Louisville's threegame winning streak 2114. After showing some
signs of life recently, the offense for the Cardinals (55, 32) again struggled.
UL had only seven points until the last 12 seconds of the game.
Top performance: It sometimes seems as if Mohamed Sanu is all Rutgers (73,
32) has on offense, but he's helped keep the Scarlet Knights in the thick of the
league race. In Saturday's 2712 nonconference victory against Army, Sanu had 13
catches for 129 yards, enabling him to already break the league singleseason
reception record, He now 93, one more than the mark set by Larry Fitzgerald of
Pittsburgh in 2003. With Sanu having two regularseason games left plus a bowl,
the new record could be out of sight by the end of the year. wholesale jerseys
Biggest disappointment: Three weeks ago, Syracuse was entertaining dreams of
a BCS bid, but the Orange have crashed to three consecutive defeats with tons of
penalties and dropped passes along the way. Friday's 20point home loss to a USF
team that hadn't won a game since Sept. 24 was the latest step backward in coach
Doug Marrone's third year.
Looking ahead: The league race is really heating up, and Cincinnati goes to
Rutgers with first place on the line. Louisville travels to Connecticut (45,
22), and USF steps out conference play for a Sunshine State battle with Miami
(Fla.). cheap nfl
