After check that preparation of qualified, closes the circuit switch, can according to the following procedure:
First start the lubricating oil pump motor, and checking and adjusting oil pressure. The oil pressure should be in o.08- o. 15 Mpa range. Check filter switch drive too is correct. According to the flow indicator and pressure gauge and so on, and check all lubrication system work. When the oil reaches all lubricating points, according to the provisions of signal drive, start the crusher. Crusher idling 3-5min machine up to speed, then switch to the mining machine crusher crushing work.
Crusher broken into normal after work, the operator must abide by and pay attention to the following matters:
Check the operation condition of crusher, there should be no abnormal internal quite a blow. If there is any abnormal sound and all the abnormal situations, should be dealt with immediately. Special circumstances should immediately stop operation. Feed particle size no greater than the feed mouth of o. eight times, ore bog groove and the crushing cone bottom should not be ore block, will otherwise ore crushing cone is raised, slag entered into the eccentric shaft sleeve, cause an accident. In pump operation, often check all oil flow indicator, oil temperature and oil pressure on the number of instructions.
Crusher parking is the correct order:
First stop the feed crusher, wait for after all ore crushing cavity drainage, can stop the crusher, and then stop the conveyor.
