保育園落ちた発言について思うこと

上の妹が初等教育課に学びました。横の部屋で見ていた私が大変だなぁと思うくらいに大変な思いをして卒業式を迎えたなと思うのです。現場の保育園の先生はもっと月給を貰えばいいと思います。

在学中は 毎週のピアノの試験があり、工作で人形を作ったり、人形じゃない物を作ったり、期日までには、絵本の五十冊の読破など、期限付きの 代理の効かない 欠席出来ない宿題や 実習が多すぎる。睡眠時間を削り、卒業式を迎えた事を私は知って居る。保育園の先生はもっと月給が高くてもいいと思います。
