From now on, we have to
take a measure to prevent
pollinosis.
So, I take a lot of vegetable
in every dinner. For example,
I take turnip,chinese cabbage,
brown beach mushroom,etc.
To make it easier to take these
vegetables, I cook these in the pot.
That means "Nabemono".
Not only vegetables, but Toufu
and meat like pork or beef, so
it makes every meal so fun.
And also, it's so healthy because
I don't use seasoning but soy sauce!
(But I have meat a lot.)
I have to study the good combination
of every foods to have a good in shape
and have a good life!
