I am Sananda. I am to be with you at this time, in these special times. These times that are coming more and more to you of choice.

Choice. Freedom of choice. You were born with freedom of choice. And to this day, you have freedom of choice. It has never been taken from you unless you have given it away. So hold on to that always, no matter what happens in your world, in your third-dimensional realm. Know that you always have freedom of choice.

You can turn down whatever controls are brought upon you. You can turn away any fear that comes upon you. Always look at the love that is incarnate within you, and feel that love. Just as you may have felt adoring with experience. Feel it any time that you want.

Any time that you want, you can make the choice to see the Earth, to see the third-dimensional expression behind the veil, and you can make the choice to look beyond the veil and see Gaia in all of her pristine glory in the fifth and higher dimension. It is up to you. It is a choice that you can make. It is a choice that everyone can make.

Sadly, some will make the choice to not move on with those of you that have already chosen to move on. Each and every one of you that I speak to now that resonates to my words has made the choice to move on, has made the choice to ascend with dear Gaia, with dear Mother Gaia. You have made that choice.

So feel free that you have already made the choice, and you fall back. Yes, it is always possible to do so. And you find yourselves doing that on a regular basis during your daily activity. But always, because of what you have learned, because of what you have remembered, you always come back. You always raise back up. Even if it is in your sleep state you raise back up.

Your body rests, your mind rests, and you are able to freely then move on to the next day, and the next, and the next. And know that when you rise every morning, you make a conscious choice how you want that day to go. If you rise out of bed and you feel disconsolate and depressed, and you feel like the world is against you, then it is. But if you rise each morning feeling the grandeur of the day, feeling the sunlight on you. Even if you are inside you can still feel the sunlight.

 You can feel the expression of the light all around you, and the love. And if you move on in that day, that way, then you have made the choice to freely live. To freely live in the moment. Always remember to do so. Be in the moment.

The more and more you are in the moment, the more you are beyond the veil. The veil of the third-dimensional expression which continues to try to hold you. Hold you back. But you, because you have that freedom of choice, you have already made the decision to not be held back.

So move on, my friends. Move on. Move on to the next day, and the next. And freely live your lives without control. Remember, no one can control you unless you allow them to do so. You learned that lesson during that so-called pandemic, which was more of a scam, more of a planned event. You learned at that time that you did not need to hold on to those controls, to be controlled. You learned to not comply, to not wear the masks, to not take the shot. To not stand the distance from your neighbor. You learned all of this. And you learned especially that they cannot control you. And do not let them control you as you continue to move forward.

As changes continue to develop, there will be more attempts to hold control to you. But more and more, you have gained strength. Strength in the Light that permeates now throughout your body. So let it be so as you move on further and further toward your ascension. But remember, you are in a process, a process of ascension that will take you to the highest realms that you choose to move toward.

Dear beloved ones,

The word "problem" comes from Greek, meaning "to seek." The word was used by Plato in the sense of "search for the truth.

The word "problem" is used not only for the search for the truth but also for a situation that is disagreeable or unpleasant and where a solution is required.

Problems are not a curse. They are part of life because we are living beings, and living beings will face problems in their lives.

Life is a journey. Life is a series of problems. The real problem is not the problem itself but our attitude towards it.

Every day, life is a challenge. We have many problems in life. Problems are not the cause of unhappiness, but our reaction to the problems that cause us unhappiness.

Life is full of problems, but if you know the art of solving them, then your life will be easy and very happy.

In other words, if you know how to solve a problem before it even occurs or before you face it, then you can easily handle it. There is no use being afraid or worried about the problem when you already know how to handle it.

Problems are like shadows; there is always light behind them. When you face the problem with courage and analyze it from different angles, then you will find the solution.

You can not stop life from coming at you with problems. But you can decide how you react to them. Yes, they will come your way, but you do not have to make them bigger than they really are. When faced with a problem, remain calm and tackle it as it comes.

We should be grateful that we have problems in our lives, as it is proof that we are living. It is always better to have a problem than not to have one. Problems build our character and teach us many things about life.

Problems are not obstacles. They are opportunities. Problems are opportunities for growth and evolution. When you overcome your problems, you grow stronger, more confident, and happier.

Problems are not stumbling blocks on the road to success. They are stepping stones. Problems can be solved by the one who has the courage to confront them.

Do not run away from your problems. Do not bury your head in the sand like an ostrich. Face your problems, and you will find a solution for them.

If you are afraid of your problems, then you need to build up your inner strength and courage to face them. Your inner strength will dissolve all types of problems in your life.

Problems will come and go. They are part of life. Some problems are big, and some are small. Some problems are challenging, but many can be overcome with simple actions.

Try to solve the problem yourself before asking for help. But if you need it, ask for help from friends, family, or professionals. Never give up on a problem because you can't solve it immediately.

Problems have different solutions depending on your mindset and attitude. Keep trying until you find a solution that works for you.

For any problem, there is an opportunity to be found, so look for it and use it wisely.

There are three types of problems:

1) Problems that need to be solved immediately.

2) Problems that must be resolved but can be done later.

3) Problems that do not need to be solved at all.

The first one needs immediate action; otherwise, we may suffer serious consequences. The second one needs some time and effort to solve properly so that we can have positive results in the future. The third one does not need any action because it does not create any problems for us, so we do not worry about it.

This is the Art of Problem Solving (APS).

Emotions have nothing to do with APS; if you have an emotional attachment to your problem, you will never be able to solve it using APS because your emotions will cloud your judgment. When you follow APS, then your emotions are taken care of automatically because they are part of your problem, not part of the solution.

Whether you're looking to apply this concept to your life, your business, or both, I believe that if you have the right mindset, these lessons will benefit you in many areas of your life. So let's get started.

1. When a problem arises, ask yourself what the outcome is that you desire.

2. Break down the problem into smaller pieces and focus on each piece individually.

3. Think through all the possible solutions to that particular piece, and be sure to analyze them from different aspects.

4. Evaluate which solution is best for that particular situation based on the end result you desire.

When faced with a problem, never allow yourself to think that this is the end of the world or, even worse, that all is lost because one problem has come your way. You have to tackle it as it comes and always keep in perspective that there is no problem that cannot be solved if you find the right solution for it.

Never allow yourself to get overwhelmed by them and never allow yourself to feel sorry for yourself when something goes wrong in your life because that is what happens in the course of living, whether rich or poor, an employee or self-employed, a student or those who have reached retirement age. Keep learning new things every day and enjoy your life!

The Nordic Pleiadians allowed Earth's people to use these wondrous devices, which is why you see them in use during some of our ancient histories. But after a while, the Nordics began restricting the use of these devices because they wanted Earth to advance on its own, without interference from other world civilizations, so they decided to lock them away for future generations until we were ready to be introduced to this amazing technology. This was when we began hearing about crystal skulls and pyramids being used as power generators.

The medical pod is not just the machine; the medical pod is a life-saving invention that has been given to us by the Galactic Federation that effortlessly performs wonders that are unimaginable and can only be described as magical. The medical pod can repair any and all kinds of DNA, RNA, or protein damage in a person's body, even in an unborn child.

An example: a child who was born without legs (a rare genetic defect) can be placed in the medical pod for a couple of hours and then come out with perfectly working legs, fully intact DNA, and a completely healed body. This is the kind of advanced technology we are talking about, and this is what we have been given by our benevolent extraterrestrial benefactors. No matter how complicated the case may be, the medical pod can heal people of all kinds of ailments.

When a person dies, it is not necessary to bury them. The bodies could be placed in one of the chambers of this device, where they are preserved until such time as they are awakened. The bodies are preserved by a sophisticated computer which slows down the aging process until such time as the individual is awakened. Then the individual can live on for centuries, basically forever if necessary. This chamber is called a stasis chamber. There is no limit to how long a person can be kept in this chamber.

These pods can also be used for healing, meditation, astral projection, dream travel, remote viewing, and many other things as well. Anyone who has ever been inside one knows how amazing they are!

It is a very complicated piece of machinery. There are many different components, and each component has its own purpose and function.

These medical pods are not in use with our current health care system, and that is because it would dramatically cut the profits of medical insurance, pharmaceutical companies, and medical doctors. If this technology were to be used today, it would disrupt the entire health care system from top to bottom.

This is why we are not allowed to have this technology today. We are being robbed of our health and, in many cases, our lives by a medical monopoly that doesn't want you to know about this technology. The medical establishment does not want you to become healthier or live longer. They want you to continue being sick so they can make more money from your illness.

But after we ascend, nothing will be able to stop us from using these medical pods to our advantage, because there will be no adverse force to control us in the Fifth Dimension.
