仕事の種類は様々です
主な職種になっているのは
・バリスタ
・ウェイトレス
・美容系（まつエク）
・受付
・キッチン
・ウーバー
・ベビーシッター
・インターン
実際、自分が何をやりたいかで変わってくると思います。
〈お給料のあれこれ〉
ここメルボルンはコロンビア、フィリピン、タイ、韓国、中国、スペイン、インドなど多くの国からの移民がいます！
世界の最低賃金を見てみよう👀
2020年8月7日現在
・日本：時給1013円
・オーストラリア：時給＄19.84（約1512円）
・カナダ：時給＄11.06（約875円）
・コロンビアCOP$3,657.51(約102円)
・フィリピン/マニラ：日給P500（約1077円）
やはりオーストラリアの時給高いと思いきや…
※ワーホリ勢は所得税15％が引かれるため、手取りは約＄17
さらに
支払いは振り込みではなく現金??！!
キャッシュジョブ💰について
結論から言ってしまうと、
キャッシュジョブは違法です。
雇い主が税金や責任を逃れています
被雇用者は年金を受け取れず、税金も払っていない
違法のシェアハウス、ドラック、仕事に囲まれた悲しいワーホリの現実😢
許せないなって思う
（いつか自分の手で改善出来たらいいな）
私は日本食レストラン（通称：ジャパレス）で
時給＄１７を現金で毎週受け取っています
※避けられるならば避けるべき道です
〈探し方・応募の流れ〉
探し方は大きく３つに分けて
➀ネット②紹介③配り歩き
・日本語求人サイト
・英語求人サイト
・紹介
・レジュメ配り歩き
➀が良いという人もいれば
③が良いという人もいる
つまり、自分次第かと個人的に思います
②紹介は①,③に比べて雇ってもらえる確率はかなり高いので、友達を作っておくことをお勧めします!!
応募の流れは
①レジュメ（履歴書）・カバーレター作成
②応募する/配る
③インタビュー（面接）
④トライアル
⑤トレーニング
➀レジュメは英語で作成します
日本のようにテンプレートは無く自由です
②ネットでレジュメのPDFや画像を添付して応募又はお店に直接配ります

雇用者はよく働けそうか
被雇用者はお店の雰囲気をみる
※雇ってもらったら給料がもらえる場合もある
⑤トレーニング
日本でいう研修期間です
お店によって異なります
〈働いてみて〉
まずはじめに、
日本食レストランでは絶対に働きたくないと思ってました。
でも、現在の状況でわがままを言っていられず応募しました。
メリット
・お客さんと英語で話せる
・日本の文化を通して話せる
デメリット
・従業員とのやりとりは日本語
・忙しすぎる時は会話できない
・暇すぎると英語使えない
・スタッフの歴が短い
お客さんはフレンドリー優しくて
みんなが想像する以上に
会話をする機会が多いと思います☺
英語を話す機会に絶対なると思う
けど、新しい言葉や文法を学ぶ場にはならないと思います
なぜなら、いわゆる接客英語を一度学び
使いまわし、あとはお客さんとの会話です
そのため、英語を上達させたい場合
自分で勉強もしつつ働く
もしくは、学生ビザでの留学がベストだと思います。

I will tell you about the reality of working holiday and Australia

It is lockdown stage4 though
It is not difference for my daily life specially
However hair salons and op shops are temporally closed, I have dyed my hair and bought books, so it is totally no problem for me
Today’s topic is “part time jobs”

〈what’s type of jobs in here?〉
There are a lot of jobs in here
The main jobs of working holiday are
・Barista
・waitress
・beauty salon (eye lush lift)
・receptionist
・kitchen hands
・uber eats
・nanny
・internship
In fact, it depends on what you want
<something about the payment>
Here, in Melbourne, there are many immigrations like from Colombia, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, China, Spain, India and so on!
So let’s look the minimum wage of the world

Japan：1013 yen h/p
AU:$19.84 (about1512yen) h/p

About cash job
In conclusion,
Cash jobs (receive the payment by cash) is illegal
Owner avoid the tax and responsibility
Employee can’t get the super contributions
I can’t afford to stay like around the illegal share house, drug, jobs
It’s so sad.
(I hope I can improve this situation by myself someday)
I receive the payment $17 per hour every week at the Japanese restaurant.
※you should avoid this way if it’s possible
<How to look for and apply a job>
The 3 main ways are
1. Online 2. introduction 3.distribute
・Vacancy website in Japanese or English
・introduction
・distribute
Some people say 1. is good
Other people say 3. is good
In my opinion,
It means it’s up to you
Otherwise, 2. is nicer than 1 and 3
So I recommend to make friends
How to apply a job is
1. make resume and cover letter
2. apply/distribute

There isn’t typical template like japan
2. apply with pdf of resume online or distribute it

※sometimes you can get the payment after getting that job

It is training so sometimes the payment is less than usual
It’s depends on the jobs
<My opinion>
At first,
I thought I would never want to work at the Japanese restaurant
But I applied it because I can’t say anything at this moment.
Advantage
・can talk in English with the customers
・can communicate through Japanese culture
Disadvantage
・talk in Japanese with co-workers
・can’t talk with the customer if it’s too busy and quiet
・almost staff don’t have long experience
The customers are friendly and kindly
So we have the chance to talk with them better than you think
It definitely will be the chance to speak English
But, I guess you can’t find new words and grammar
Because just repeat the hospitality English and the conversation.
Therefore, if you want to improve your English
(probably not because you read English article)
You should study English by yourself and work
Or study abroad with student visa is best way
