時が経つのは早いこと
滞在を延期してからはや２ヶ月💦
ただいまの時差は１時間になりました
コロナ新規感染者はほぼゼロ
スーパー等でのマスク着用義務は解除
公共交通機関ではまだ着用しなければなりません
（守ってない人多い）
もうすぐ新しいシェアハウスにお引越し
そこで最近学んだプチ知識は、
マンションのワンルームみたいな部屋は
Studioというらしい
さて、今回のトピックは【ワイン嫌いのおすすめワイン】
日本にいる時、ワインは大人になってから飲むものというイメージでした…
オーストラリアに来てから、
ワインを飲み始めて
ワインの美味しさに気づいてしまった!
今回お伝えする内容は

【ワイン生産地】
オーストラリアのワインが有名と言えど
実際どこが生産地なのか？？
（１年在住してもそこまでは知らん）
すべてはGoogleが解決してくれます
マップによると
ビクトリア州とニューサウスウェールズ州が大半を占めていると思われます🍇
どうやらオーストラリアは
ワイン生産国第７位
輸出量第４位
らしい👏

車で１時間くらい🚙
私は
“Coombe Yarra Valley”
というお店に行きました
とても雰囲気が良いお店でした
ワイナリーでウエディングもするんだとか
素敵すぎ💗💒
【おすすめ白ワイン】
ワインもアルコールも苦手なあなたにおすすめ
モスカート（Moscato）
甘口でとっても飲みやすい
お酒好きにとっては「ほろよい」みたいな感覚で飲めてしまうので飲みすぎ注意
その次に飲みやすいワインは
ピノグリジョー（Pinot Grigio）
モスカートよりは甘口じゃないけど
フルーティーで甘口だから飲みやすい
お酒が少し好きでフルーティーな味
が好きなあなたにおすすめ
ソービニヨンブラン（Sauvignon Blanc）
こちらも飲みやすさ星３つ
だけど、フルーティーな甘口と辛口の味があるワイン（とりあえず一杯に向いてそう）
そろそろワインに飲みなれてきたあなたに
おすすめ
シャルドネ－（Chardonnay）
他に比べて辛口だけどまだまだ飲みやすい。おつまみを楽しみながら少しずつ飲むのにお勧め（響きが好きでつい頼んじゃう）

渋すぎて飲んだらヒィーってなるから

そんな私でもこれなら
お肉などと一緒に飲めるワインは

濃くなくてとても軽くて飲みやすい
渋みはそこまでないかな
私はまだまだおこちゃまです
赤を挑戦する前に
赤と白の中間のロゼを試してみたり
赤ワインとオレンジジュース混ぜてみたり
するのもおすすめ！🍊
美味しくないワインは料理に使ったり
サングリアにしたりも出来るよ

Hello,
I will tell you about the reality of working holiday and Australia
As of 10 April
Time is so fast
It past 2 months after postponed staying here
COVID19 new case is zero
Which is really good
The restriction of wearing the mask at the supermarket is eased, but still we have to wear the mask at public transportation.
(Though many people don’t follow that rule)
I will move to new share house soon!
And then I learn little thing
That is they call “studio” about one room in the apartment
By the way,
This time I will talk about “Wine”
The point is I didn’t like to drink wine before, but I like to drink now, so I want to tell you
The contents are
・Region of wine in au
・Winery
・Recommendation of White wine
・Recommendation of Red wine
〈Region of wine in au〉
As you know, Australia is well known about wine, but where is producing region exactly?
(I don’t know about it even though I lived here for a year)
According to Map,
VIC and NSW produce so many wine
Australia is
7th wine produce country
4th wine import country
〈Yarra winery〉
This place is really close from the city
It’s just one hour drive
We went to
“Coombe Yarra Vally”
It was really nice location
People also do wedding here
That will be such a wedding
〈Recommendation of white wine〉
Recommend to person who doesn’t like to drink wine and even alcohol
Moscato
This is very very sweet and easy to drink
It’s like sweet cocktail for person who like to drink, so just be careful
2nd wine that it is easy to drink is
Pinot Grigio
It’s less sweet than Moscato
But it’s still fruity and sweet taste
Recommend to the person who like to drink a little bit and like fruity taste is
Sauvignon Blanc
This is also easy to drink for me
But it has fruity and sweet plus dry taste.
It will be nice for starter)
It’s time to challenge to drink
Chardonnay
It’s as dry as much than others
But it’s still easy to drink. It’s good much with appetizer which is like salami and hum.
I often order this because I like this sounds
There aren’t bad one in Australia
So I always just choose with label
〈Red wine〉
Red wine..?
It’s astringent and oh my mouse,,
I don’t want to drink
I was like that person before
But I can drink this with meat
That is
Pinot Noir
It’s not heavy and too light
You don’t taste astringent much
I am still little child
Before you try drinking Red wine
You can try Rose which is middle of Red and White.
Furthermore, you can mix Red wine and Orange juice！
If you didn’t like that teste or it’s old you can make it sangria.
I recommend Australian wine
