友人宅付近のスーパーマーケットは
ロックダウンになると未だに
品薄状態になることがあります。
不安な気持ちから
爆買いしちゃうのかな？
今回は海外保険に提携しているクリニックの“闇”についてお話します🏥

【病院の方針が謎い】
私事ですが目にものもらいが出来ました。
気になるので病院へ行きました。
そこでお医者さんに言われたこと
「小さすぎるから、出来ることは無い」
「自然治癒するから
もしも、大きくなったら手術で取ります」
と言われました。
日本でクリームを処方された経験があったので、クリームがあるか聞いたら無いと言われました。
無いと言われたら
そうですか、としかいうことが出来ないので、しぶしぶ帰りました。
【違う病院に行ってみた】
数か月後、ものもらいが酷くなって
違う病院に行ってみました。
すると、
「え？クリームが無いと言われましたか？」
クリーム（軟膏）を処方してもらいました。
症状がかなり悪化してからの処方だったためか、直りが悪いです。
初めに病院に行った特にもらっていれば
こんなことにはならなかったのに～～～～って思います。
実は知り合いに
ものもらいが出来て、例の病院に１年前に行き、処方箋を出してもらい軟膏をもらった話を聞きました。
病院の方針が変わったのかは不確かですが
１年で対応の仕方が変わっていてびっくりです。
【海外保険の仕組み】
海外保険に提携しているクリニックでは
キャッシュレスサービスを行っているところがあります。
病院へ行き、書類を記入することで
お金を払わずに診察を受けられます。
提携クリニックでなくても
レシートや診断書を保存し、
書類を送付し、返金を受け取れます。
噂によれば
クリニックは保険会社から
わりとお金をもらっているのだとか。
【オーストラリアのクリニック】
日本だったら、
ものもらいが出来れば、眼科
肌にかゆみがあれば、皮膚科
オーストラリアは、
どんな症状でもまずはクリニック（GP）
ぜーーーーんぶ
まずはクリニックに行くんです。
そこで、対処できない場合は
紹介状を書いてもらい病院に行きます。
オーストラリア人は
基本的にGPでお金がかかることは
無いらしいです。
福祉サービスが充実してますね
個人的には、
日本の仕組みがいいなって思います。
なんとなく、
全部わかっちゃうお医者さんはすごいけど
専門知識が浅いだろうから
あんまり信用できないなっていう気持ち。
海外の日本語OKの病院は
安心できるかもしれないけど
要注意です！

〈Mystery of clinic policy〉
I actually have stay on my eye.
So I went to the clinic
And the doctor said
“There isn’t nothing to do with it
Because it’s too small to care about”
“If it become getting big,
They can take it”
I had a experience that I could get a cream for eye stay, so I asked about it but
They said they don’t have it.
(There shouldn’t be any misunderstand because of language because I can speak English a bit and also I had the translator.)
Anyway, if they so, I can’t do anything
So I just went back home at that day.
〈I went to different clinic〉
After a few months,
It’s getting bad so I went to different clinic.
And “What? You didn’t get the cream?”
The doctor gave me a prescription for cream.
And even gave me advice for doing myself.
Now it’s too late to treat and
It’s getting better slowly
It wouldn’t happened
If I could get it at the first time.
In fact, one of my friend told me
She could get that at same clinic 1 year ago.
What happened to that clinic?
Did they change the policy for eye stay?
Whatever.
〈Overseas insurance〉
They have a few partners and
They do cashless service.
It means you can receive a medical examination without paying.
You have to fill out the paper and
That’s it!
You can go to normal clinic that isn’t partner.
And you can get the refund after you send the paper and attached the receipt.
〈Australian clinic〉
In Japan,
If you have stay on your eye, go to optometrist.
If your skin is ich, go to dermatologist
In Australia,
Go to clinic.
You just have to go to clinic with any reason.
If it’s not enough medicate, they will write the reference and go to hospital.
Plus
Australian don’t have to pay for basic medication.
In my opinion,
I like Japanese system.
I feel like I can’t fully trust doctors because they probably have knowledge
But they aren’t specialist so..
It may easy to go to the clinic that we can speak Japanese but better careful!
