特許、実用新案、意匠及び商標に関する出願等の手続について、所定の期間内に手続ができなくなった方に対しては特別な措置が用意されていますので、こちらをご覧ください。

■（２）EUIPO（欧州連合知的財産庁）による手続き期間延長措置
EUIPOにより手続き期間の延長措置が決定されました。
＜決定の概要＞
2024年1月1日〜2月11日までの間に期限が到来する各種手続きについて、日本に住所又は居所ないし登録した事業所を有する者が、手続きを執ることが困難な場合には、その期限が2月12日に延長されます。

わたしは今回をきっかけにニュースを見るのをほぼやめました。
アイデアなどブログネタになるもの以外、タイトルだけ流し読みです。
おかげで時間的・精神的に本当に楽になりました。

一方、マスコミの功績もあります。
上記のように世界中から救済が得られます。
ニュースは見なくても困ることはありません。
