The YAKINIKU meaning "grilled meat", is a Japanese term
which originally referred to
the "barbecue" of United State or other western food.
Since I have been crazy these few weeks with my work,
YAKINIKU is just what I wish to have as my lunch.

This Grilled chicken is very healthy.
My wife uses chicken breast and uses oven to cook.
She never uses oil.
She takes special care when she makes BENTO.
She wakes up 5:30 in the morning and prepares the BENTO for me.
I'd like to say a word of thanks to my beautiful wife.
