In recent weeks I've noticed that I almost never hungry.
And I´m just eating when I´m hungry, so not very often.
Today I noticed that I have lost almost lost 10 kg ( around 22.046 pounds ( hope this is right )) !(゚Д゚||)
( ok I do some sport too, but not sooooo~ much )
