Famous online trader Crypto Face hosted an interview with Justin Sun back in December of 2022 to discuss the topic of Tron (TRX), one of the oldest and most successful blockchains to have ever been created.
“9 out of 10 times if I talk about Tron to other crypto folks it's like they have no idea that using Tron is the best way to send Tether,” said Crypto Face. “Maybe they're just not in it like we are.”
Justin went on to agree with Crypto Face that Tron's goal ever since the beginning was to be the primary settlement layer for all internet transactions. “Obviously USDT is one of the most successful stablecoins on Tron, but there are others too such as USDC and even a stablecoin in the works for the Chinese Yuan.”
Crypto Face is one of many cryptocurrency users to recognize Tron as one of the best settlement layers for transactions, making it a safe choice to initiating transactions at scale with its affordable fees and long track record of success.
Low gas fees make Tron is more viable as a currency than coins such as Bitcoin or Ethereum that have exorbitant gas fees that making small transactions nonviable. If cryptos were originally invented to be used as currencies, Tron has done the majority of the leg work in facilitating these types of micro transactions.
“I use the Tron network to pay all my employees,” said Crypto Face.
“That was the goal all along,” Justin Sun retorted. “There are lots of applications on our blockchain including stablecoins, good yield farming opportunities, and lots of tokens being burned which is good for the price.”
Justin Sun and Crypto Face went on to discuss his dinner with Warren Buffet and China's role in crypto. He even asked Justin whether or not Justin believed in aliens, to which Justin replied, “I'm a huge believer.”
