This is a message to everyone out there and especially to me.

If you're thinking about overdosing, don't.
Just don't. Honestly, trust me on this.

I've overdosed 4 times. And guess what. It didn't work.
It just makes you vomit all night long. You're going to feel so tired and sleepy and all you want to do it be in a comfy bed and have a long deep sleep but nope. You'll be in an uncomfortable hospital bed or at A&E and you'll be vomiting like every half an hour. Everyone will hear you vomiting and they may even see you vomiting. Those poor souls. In the end, all you're going to end up with is nausea, diarrhoea, lack of sleep, a plastic tube in your arm for 24 hours worth of drips, and bruises caused by needles because their going to need loads of blood from you to check that your poor liver's okay.

There's such a low chance that you'll die from an overdose and it's really not worth trying if you really want to die. All you're going to get is more people worrying about you or not caring about you any more because you've tried over dosing too many times.

so just don't.
