HopSquash! is an spiritual successor to the classic DOS PC game "Jump 'n Bump" by Brainchild Designs. There are other "couch multiplayer" games out there but few as simple and straight forward as this. Give a controller to a non-gamer friend and watch them get caught up in it! This is not enabled by default because having 4 players on one keyboard is not only impractical but will hit the simulatneous key press limit on standard keyboards.

The bunnies explode (in an animated fashion) into blood trails and pieces, which is meant to be comical, a contrast between the cuteness of the bunnies. HOWEVER - this can be swapped for party streamers in the settings, and for those who want to play with their kids, this "party streamers" mode can be semi-permanently enabled by editing a text file! Your kids won't be able to change it via the usual menu settings.
