Continuing from where I left off last time, I would like to share more about the 「Unjust things experienced by a teacher.」

At Elementary School, a lady from Gakken used to come and sell educational materials, specifically from the "Learning" and "Science" series. As far as I know, almost all the students bought them. The incident occurred on the day when the materials included a kit to make your own ammeter. During the long break after the second period, a classmate was assembling the ammeter. Seeing the classmate happily measuring a battery once he had finished assembling it, I remarked, "That's great! Now you can measure the current from an outlet."

At that moment, nothing happened.

However, during lunch break, while I was playing soccer on the field, a power outage occurred throughout the entire school. It turns out that the classmate I had spoken to earlier had encouraged another student, who couldn't buy the kit, to stick the ammeter probes into an outlet. The classmate have the courage to do it himself, so he involved another student. The outlet got scorched, the homemade ammeter burned out, and the student who did it was in shock.

Teachers rushed to the scene, and it was a relief that no one got seriously hurt. While explaining the incident, the student who had been instigated claimed, "Tata told me to do it."  "What!?" I was shocked,

I was called in immediately and the three of us were scolded. It would have been fine if it had ended there, but the homeroom teacher hit us with that big compass used on the blackboard. The classmate who had been hit got angry and told his parents, who then complained to the Board of Education.

There had been other instances of using objects to hit students, but this incident seemed to be the final straw.

And he was subjected to disciplinary action.
