Continuing from where I left off last time, I would like to share more about the 「Unjust things experienced by a teacher.」
My homeroom teacher often said, "If we leave me unattended, the class cannot proceed."
I was frequently told that I lacked concentration, got bored easily, couldn't stay quiet, lacked cooperativeness, and caused disturbances during tests.
Reading this, you might think I was a troublemaker, but in reality, I was the top student in my grade. The classes were boring. This was because I understood the material very quickly, so I didn’t take notes or do homework.
During tests, I would finish a 30-minute test in about 5 minutes, making it hard to stay focused for the remaining time. When I was in elementary school, I thought all my classmates could do the same. From the teacher’s perspective, It seems that she felt it was not good that a child who didn't show any effort was ranked first.
The teacher believed that if the top student was someone who worked hard, it would have a positive influence on the other students. As a result, they tried to crush my spirit. Not only the teacher, but the entire class seemed to be against me. Due to this, I couldn’t make any friends.
The departure of my female teacher, who had been my homeroom teacher until the end of the fourth grade, due to her marriage and retirement. marks a turning point as I transition to the fifth grade with a new homeroom teacher.
The story continues.
