カウンターの対応

1. May I have your name please?
2. You booked a (room name) for () nights 
3. Can I have your passport, please?
4. Could you fill out this form please?
5. Let me demonstrate about this hotel breifly.
6. You need your room key to open your room and eleveter. Also, after 10pm, you should use it to open the front door.
7. Here is your room key. Our check out time is 11 am. And this is our WIFI password.
8. Amenity is located on there. Please feel free to take any amenity you need.
9. Here is your bill.
10. How would you like to secure your room?=Would you like to pay by cash or by credit card?
11. Sir, do you have another card? 
12. I’m afraid that this card can’t be accepted. This happens quite often with foreign issued credit cards.
