ガイドライン/Guidelines
-クッキー食べるな。/No cookies
.-毎日エクササイズ。Exercise everyday.
-健康食品を作るの学びます。/Learn to cook healthy meals.
-もっとみずを飲みます。/Drink more water.
悪癖を捨てる捨てたいです。/I also want to break bad habits.
-爪を噛むな。かわいい爪をありたいです。/Stop biting my nails. I want pretty nails. ♥
-仕事を先延ばしにするな。/Stop procrastinating
.I will be using the Wii Fit to exercise but I also want to try to do the Couch to 5K running plan. I've always wanted to be able to run a little. ^_^ I am also using sparkpeople.com to track how much I eat
