Hi.
There are a lot of older employees than me. Everyone has different idea. Some spill out bad humor of others. Its really bad thing, I think? Why? When I hear the stories, my feeling isn't good. I think people should keep what they think about who they don't like in especially the same place like company and school.
I already decided that I never spill out bad humor to others in my company.
