Litzs-Carlton "Credo"

This Blog's theme is Internal communicatin. First Time is about Litzs-Carlton.




you will know already, there is the greatest characteristic in "Credo".

It is the unchangeable sense of values that condensed an idea, a mission, service philosophy, and Credo is not controlled by the current of the times and regionality.


All companies are going to imitate this "Credo". However, they cannot do it. "Penetration" includes a decisive difference with this hotel.  It is difficult to let a new system occasionally root in a company.  However, Litz enables it every morning by reading "Credo" aloud by all means.


Two efforts are necessary to let you seep.

At first 1 is made with the system to receive. The president of a company should perform the making of this system well.  I add the second in the times, and change it.  

When think about an example of LiTZ, there are a common company motto and the key to success of an action for "penetration"; can ask it it.


Though I want to try to stay at Litz sometime, do I become it several years later?…
