sick sick ugh

not cool at all

from cold now the doctor give me sedative because my heart pounded
so freaking fast when he examined me <.<
thats because i have panic disorder
its not like~
i do scary thing when i have a panic u know ww no no
i act calm/normal but inside..
my heart pounded so hard sometimes im afraid it will fall :/
and many times this heart pound thingie happen when im not in a panic state
well its getting better and better now which im so glad of course ^^
