some of places we visit in exchange student's orientation

I felt like Central London is in small area, meaning that we can walk to one site to the other site.
When I saw tube map, I thought each stations are unwalkable, but after we walked around, it is possible to walk one to another.
Also, double decker bus is pretty good. It's cheaper then tube and I like how I can see the city view from upstairs ひらめき電球

Went to St. Martin for freshmen's fair thingy (not quite sure how to call, but all freshmen form UAL comes over to this and we can have some goodies)

I was considering St, Martin for my fashion college when I was choosing which school to go to back in 2010. I ended up chose FIT but it was good chance to going to visit St, Martin.
The building was looking cool!

First week!
I was excited to see how the school looks like. I like how buildings are old and different from my school in New York.

When I got canteen in first day, I found students from Spain, they were also waiting for coordinator of this program and other students. Then after while, more students were joining our group, and in the end there were like 20 students from all over the places. I was surprised the fact there are so many students came to London. I thought there would be like only few students from stats are there. I could get to know those Erasmus students though all the orientations and also having dinner or lunches with them.
I remember that my German friend said to me that Erasmus program is very popular in Europe. I'm from Japan and exchange program is not so easy for university students, so I'm impressed by how people go and exchange easily in Europe. Great experience for young students.
Someone them goes to Camberwell and some of them are Chelsea. Many of them are taking fine art for their major. Few of them are graphic design and textile design.

I'm looking forward to getting know more students in London.
My flight to London was not great. The flight was delayed 6 hours and it departed 2:30 am. Not great start, and the girl who set next to me was non stop talking to me...

I found place to stay in London from Japanese website(craigslist type of website)and sharing an apartment with Japanese lady who is doing flight attendant. She seems nice and she is not home for half of week, which is somewhat nice so I can use this place by myself.
I'm feeling sick this weekend so stay home and try to adjust jet lag too, We shall see how things goes, hopefully everything goes smoothly.
