Prime Minister Shinzo Abe raises a significant policy as realization of a sociatey in which women shine and he appointed five female ministers for his cabinet.
Yesterday, two of them resigned because of the suspicious misuse of her political funds and violation of the election campaign law respectively.
I do not care who were appointed and who quit. What I care is that Mr. Abe should understand that what he did were not what women really want!!
I'm a woman, married, and have a full time job. It's really tough for a woman to work in a men's world.
It is really men's world, it's the society of Japan. Still many men work under the fantasy that all women are inferior in their ability to men. I think they can not live without this kind of illusion.
It's really an illusion. There are many many women who are so superior to men. But why men tend to want to put women under men? Do they think that they can do their job much better than any woman? Stupid!!! Wake up!! It's really old, steleo-type way of thinking. Men should abandon such an fossilised recognition.
What working women want is not to be selected or promoted intentionally. We want to be evaluated properly equally to men. This is the point. This is the most important and significant point to realize the society in which women shine!
I do not expect Mr. Abe can understand this because he is very very old type of person and LDP is the political party of male chauvinism. That's why decreasing child birth rate has never recover.
Anyway what I want to say is "a proper evaluation regardless her/his gender is the significant key to realize a better society!!"
