acupuncture ホテル椿山荘で鍼美容！:)

ホテル椿山荘に出来た新しい感じのスパ！鍼！
ドキドキしながら受けました。。

私はゴルフでの肩こりと背中や腰の疲れを鍼での治療をお願いしました。
凄く丁寧に説明してくれて、、

しかも触る前に見るだけで私のコリを感じてる場所を発見してくれて。。びっくりしました。。さすがです。。

少し刺す時に痛みはありますが、そのあとはその痛みも消えたり、最初の痛みもいた気持ちかったりと、、不思議な体験でした。
写真では凄いことになってますが写ってるほどの痛みはないです:)

次の日、自分の体がなんかスッキリして楽になった気がしました。

went to the acupuncture spa at the hotel shinsanso. it was a new style and new relaxation for me.
i felt the needle pain at first but gradually faded away. so it doesn't hurt as much as it may seem from how it looks in the pic :)

I was surprised how the doctor was able to figure where I feel and have the muscle pain from just by looking at my body and not even touching !:)

I felt light the next day .

might consider trying again some time :)

美野里太平洋でのラウンド。minori taiheiyo golf

先日はまーさーに！ゴルフ日和！太平洋美野里で回ってきましたー！

はい、池にも入りました。ロストボールしました。。。

シャンクしました。。

バンカー入りました、、そのままバンカー出ずにまたバンカーから打ちました。
でもアプローチからチップインも出来ました。
ワンパットも出来ました。いいショットもありました。

あーやめられない、ゴルフ 笑

played at the minori taiheiyo the other day. perfect weather for golf and really enjoyed the game.
although I lost ball in the lake,
had awful ball in the bunker but had amazing chip in shot , and great put...

yes I could never quit playing golf...
