治療レベルなマッサージ.M.plus 。medical massage
先日体のバランスや体を引き締めるのに効果的と言う友人の話に凄く興味をもち、私も一度試してみました。
強くマッサージだから痛いよ、とは聞いていましたが。。。
なめてました。。
激痛ーー！
でも何故かいったーーい！と続けられていくうちにその箇所が柔らかくなり、楽になる。不思議。
肩のコリ、メチャある方ですがそこをほぐしてもらう時はまたまたいったーい！って感じでしたが、終わると首肩スッキリ。
ビフォーアフターの写真もとってくれて見せてくれる。
わかりやすい。
姿勢も変わるんだーって感心。お腹は触れてないのでお腹が引き締まる。何で！！？？
お尻を触ってないのに、お尻が少し上がった。またまた何で！！？
私どんどん画面に前のめりになってしまいました。笑
効果は3日後らしいー。
通ってみたいな、、検討中ーー。

tried to check out this massage which my friend was taking . she was recommending a lot as it had changed her body but said it's quite painful.
since I was so interested in, I decided to try myself too,,, which yes it was absolutely crazy painful! it's just a massage , but I wonder how the body can feel the pressure when there's a lot to detox..
however after the massage , my body felt very light.
they also showed me the pic of before and then after, which was easy to see the difference,,, makes me wanna continue,, but wonder if I can bear the pain :))

イタリア共和国記念日レセプションのお昼の部の後は着替えて、会場も変えてイタリア映画、グレートビューティーの上映会！その前にイタリア総領事と映画についてのトークショー:))
衣装は昼に続きエンポリオアルマーニとジュエリーはブルガリの提供でした。
映画についてはもっと話したかったくらい私の初イタリア訪問を楽しみに出来るものでした。
しかもーー！今月なんだわん！！:))

after the lunch party mc for the Italian national day,
we changed the venue to a theatre. and I changed my dress, to another elegant Armani with Bvlgari jewelry which was supported by them.
at the theatre, I had a talk show with the Italian consulate general regarding the Italian movie "the great movie " before showing the movie to the audience who came to watch for the first time :)
watching this movie motivated and excited me for my visit to Italy which I will actually be going this month! will Keep you updated on that as well !:)
