magazine, request QJ beauty interview page !

日に日に気持ちが軽くなってきます。。

ここ最近は不規則な自分のサイクルを改め、早寝早起き、正しい時間に食べて、健康食を食べて。日本と言えば納豆今毎日食べてる 笑 美味しいー。

そしてデトックス:)

ついでに毎日ヨガが行けたら最高ですが、、、なかなか。。笑  ダメだ やらねば！

ちなみに雑誌request QJのビューティーインタビューページに私出させていただいております。

いつもお世話になっているヘアメイクの高良さんやカメラマンさんとエディターの方などこのページに関わるみんなで相談しあって仕上がった作品です。ありがたやーー。

是非新しいスタイル、ヘアメイクのアレンジや私の事含めみなさんに見てもらえたら嬉しいです！！:)

Feeling good these days with my daily cycle of sleeping early and waking up early. Eating at the right time and eating healthy including my favorite natto :) 

Wish to go to yoga everyday but that's not been happening now , so I need to push myself from tomorrow :)) 

Anyway my announcement on the main beauty interview page for this magazine , request QJ. 

It's a page where the editor , cameraman, hairmake up artist, myself and all the other people who were involved in this page have discuss and made this work happen. 

The new idea in the beauty and my lifestyle , and as the project , it came out really nice and wish everyone get chance to check them out !! 

久々番付収録 Banzuke shooting

先日は番付のスペシャルの収録でした。久々にメンバーに会えるのと笑顔を見るのは楽しかった:)

衣装はISSA LONDON. 

私の気持ちも色々と前に進み、テーマは偽りなくありのままで、と素直な気持ちで決断判断を考え、少しづつスッキリしてきてます:)

そして凄いペースで毎日動いてる気がするし状況も変わってきていて、なんか忙しくなってきた。

次の番付収録までどう進むのだろうか:))

Had my shooting after a while. Meeting the members and seeing their smile made me smile as well. 

Things moving on fast and changing  everyday and being busy:)) 

Wonder how things will move by the next shooting. Looking forward to it . 

Enjoying the heat and sun and humidity in Tokyo :)
