Time to man up boys and girls!
Its summer after all and we are looking for that banging body! Six pack for the guys as well as nicetoned abs for women. I've been hitting the gym lately at 24hr Fitness in Pleasant Hill, Ca. Honestly i'm kinda lazy goingto the gym but i've been trying to get it started.

Although in the United States the male perspective of a good body can be different than the perspective many men have in Asia. I just need to get lean and toned. None of that crazy ripped ass steriod shit everyone in America thinks looks good. If your arms are bigger than my whole body that aint attractive son!

Finals are coming near and i've decided to get myself some power!! I went to starbucks today in pleasant hill, Ca to grab me a pick me up of some hot joe!! However i decided to get a cold drink since there was a promotion that was ending today, basically everything cold was half off, what a great deal!!

Im going to keep this up, but too bad ameba only allows a certain number of picture size to be stored on its server, however once i get my new phone the lovely EVO 3D i can blog like crazy. Im actually alittle lazy right now but i seem to like ameba blog more than blogger from google since it looks cooler and have different cool templates to choose fromヾ(＠°▽°＠)ﾉ

Getting a haircut in Japan

I've been contemplating where to get my next haircut when im in Japan. My hair has been awfully
long and its time for Papa to look good!!


I heard Akros salon is a good one, but when i was there around two years ago i thought it was decentplace to go, but maybe its actually good, but i probably dont like too much of a spikey anime look(-_☆)


Well who knows, maybe i'll end up looking like Goku from dragonballz.
