Non-Alcohol Beer

Hi, everyone! How's it going?

Do you drink any alcohol everyday? I used to drink 2 or 3 cans of beer every night until 3 years ago.

Although I felt good and released stress during drinking beer, there were many houseworks left.

That's why I try to quit having an evening drink.

My husband still has drunk 3 cans of beer every night, but he want me to drink it with him.

I can understand his feeling because it's very fun to chat with someone.

I have drunk non-alcohol beer instead of beer these days and chatting with him.

Have you ever tried non-alcohol beer?

How did you spend your holidays?

I went back to my hometown with my family from

December 30th to January 3rd.

My hometown is Gunma which is famous for hot springs.

Of course, we went to there almost everyday.

It was really relaxing.

Onsen with open-air baths called "rotenburo"

have become popular among people of all ages.

My children have been looking forward to getting

"otoshidama" and buy something what they want.

To my surprise, they bought a wallet for my father

and a bag for my mather.

My parents were surprised, too and moved by presents.

How did I get so busy?

Have you been very busy these days? Yes, I've been so busy on my work and housework.

During this season most of people must be so busy

since we prepare welcoming new year.

Do you feel stressed, overworked?

If you feel it, you should go to hot springs!!

There are many hot springs in Japan so we can relax

and eat feast there.

I realy recommend Ikaho and Kusatu in Gumma prefecture.

I'm gonna go to Ikaho this new year holidays with my family.

Anyway,tomorrow is last day of my work this year,

I 'll clean my office.
