It's a kinda fun opinion which comes from a video I was watching this morning regarding "change". Well, people are afraid of change cuz they don't want to face to the unknown, they don't want to lose what they already have. That's normal. Everytime we make change, we always try to figure it out which way would be better. Is the situation now better? Or the unknown future changed way would be better. You will never know as things are not happen yet.
But people do want to stay in their comfort zone as everything here is what they are familiar with. You show your anger and frustration to someone you know and you are comfortable to be with as you are not able to go out and let those bad emotions out. That's normal. But, that doesn't mean it's fair. And that doesn't make any sense.
It's fine to show that you have some kind of weakness. It's ok to break out in front of someone you are familiar with or you love, but that never means you can bring their energy down, vice versa. Take the responsibility to control yourself, no matter your feeling, your energy, your emotion...If you are down sometimes, it's alright cuz that happens. But if you just let it go for a long time and let it affect your surrounding like the one you live with, making everything awlful. That's selfish. You gotta make sure your shit doesn't make others down. At least you need to make some change and do something but not just let it go.
Don't make someone get involved in your shit when they are not supposed to.
You want to make sure that your choice is right but actually there is not right answer to all the questions. It's not the world with only black and white, it has a bunch of grey areas in between. All you need to do is just do what you feel is the best to you.
You are the one who make the decision no matter whoever judges you. You need to know what is the best thing you need, you want, only you know. They can judge whatever they want but you are the one living your life.
I'm the one in control.
