In using the yard of us as an export base, each buyer protects the Constitution of Japan, the automobile recycling law, the antique selling and buying law, the Road Traffic Law, the industrial waste law etc., accepts a Japanese custom and culture, follows the rule of our service and performs business, and aims at the appearance which does not have an accident in purchase, inspection and demolition / export business etc., and endeavoring.
our rules:
During the length of stay, the fee for using our yard, a dismantling place and the existing fixtures required for the daily life, and the charge for the water charge and the light-and-heat expense are taken as onerous.
However, suppose that 15,000 yen is paid for one month one person as lodgings cost.
When an accident or a trouble involving our staff or other foreigners caused by your drinking occurs, we will let you return home regardless of a reason.
In case you damage the things that you use such as the rental vehicles, the equipments, the lodgings, the buildings and so on, we ask you the charge for repair.
Regarding the buying-in the vehicles and the engines, we basically require you to buy from us. In case you buy from others, you must report us the effect and the contents beforehand, and must pay us the regular commission. In this case, never fail to receive the receipt that is mentioned the address of seller, company name, telephone number, the name of the articles, the number of the articles and the prices.

When the charge of a successful bid, a tax, transport- expense, a recycle charge, etc. occur, we have you pay separately in addition.
In case the extra charge occurs, such as, the charge of a successful bid at the auction, a tax, conveyance expense, recycle charge and so on, you have to pay those charges in addition.
As buying-in the new parts, we allow you no exception of buying parts from others
As to the payment to our company, considering the length of your stay, you must pay less than seven days after purchase.
However, when we pay other organizations in behalf of you, such as an auction, in order to carry out payment according to a partner organization's rule, you must pay us on the day you purchase.
In case of Toyota auction, you must pay us and also take the vehicles to our yard within three days after a successful bid.
When you sell purchased vehicles to others, you must report us. Then we make out a manifesto based on a recycling law.
About the wastes by dismantling the vehicles, you must carry them to a predetermined place. Then we dispose of them altogether except for a disposed tire.
As a strict prohibition, you never sell anything out of residual waste such as a valuable metal in Japan.
Waste (a seat, a plastic part etc.) sorts it after the dismantling immediately and puts it in a car to dispose of.
A buyer needs to pay a container yard usage fee to us.

If you try to ship anything without leave that are not mentioned in the export documents, and a trouble with the police or the customs occur as a result, we do not take any responsibility on that. You must have responsibility on this matter and solve it. As to the expense for solving the trouble, you must pay for yourself.
If you plan to go back to your country leaving the vehicles, parts, wasted tires that you bought to our yard, you must pay a rental fee of the yard and the container and the disposal charge of the tires to us during your stay. These parts are to be put in containers. It is not permitted to just put them on the ground. After three months you went back, if there is no contact from you, we dispose of everything yours.
Please note that concerning the something you left in our yard, if a trouble by a theft or the damage accident occurs, we take no responsibility.
Disposal charges of the wasted tires (300YEN/pcs.) are not included in recycling rate. You must bear this extra expense.
\20,000 unit/month is paid as usage fees, such as a carrier car track forklift.
Never fail to get the voluntary insurance if you buy the vehicles in order to use or drive on the public road. You will be asked for a large amount of compensation in case of the traffic accident.
We accept 1,000,000 yen for the deposit money with duties start. In addition, we think about positioning of the deposit money as a fund guarantee during a stay in our company and do not recognize use by buying as a general rule. But we do circumstantial judgment with our company and the person concerned and admit the use after having calculated both balance about the moon of the stay last.
Be sure to perform cleaning of a dwelling and a yard, a work place, etc., and clearing up on a buyer's responsibility every day. In not following this, it carries out a \10,000-/month claim as a cleaning charge separately.
Keep the working hour, from sunrise to sunset as a rule (8:00AM – 18:00PM), in our institution. If you want do overtime working, be sure to report in advance.
Considering safety of a worker, a nuisance to a neighborhood, after late-night 12:00 to work is prohibited as far as there is not a special serious reason.
When you plan to go out after 21:00PM, be sure to report us a destination, the purpose and the return-time in advance. Recently a tightening the traffic control including the drinking drive by police is getting more severe than before. Never fail to carry a driver’s license and an identification card (ID) because police frequently go on patrol.
There are severe legal regulations concerning buying, selling, dismantling and transporting a car, truck, motorcycle and so on in Japan. Every enterprise, including our company, acquires a license from the authorities and does business. We will be penalized, a cancellation of the license and a fine, as a sanctions if a violation of the regulation comes to light.

Car Law for the Promotion of Utilization of Recycled Resources： A law about a disposal of waste cars method. An enterprise enrolls in a car recycling industry organization and registers, bearing duty of a manifesto (a notice of movement). These are managed so that it is become online, and reasonable recycling is performed.
Antique buying and selling method： It is managed by the police. An enterprise about buying and selling of used goods lays in stock, and a record of the management account book is obliged to about sale. As for the car, the motorcycle, a surprise inspection is performed without a notice so that a robbery occurs frequently.
An industrial method of waste disposal： to carry waste without a permit and handle it and cannot abandon.
A Road Traffic Act： The control to drink-driving is done rigidly. A fine is inflicted with the revised back to a fellow passenger. When even the person who does not ride with a car becomes a crime when he knows a fact of drink-driving, there is it.

日本の数次査証をとる条件
К заявителям на многократную краткосрочную визу относятся нижеперечисленные лица:
- Лица,в течение не менее трех лет занимающие должность не ниже начальника отдела
- предприятия, имеющего государственную регистрацию в России или СНГ и зарегистрированного на фондовом рынке в России, СНГ и других странах, или
- предприятия, находящегося на территории России или СНГ и являющегося членом Японской Ассоциациии представителей торгово-промышленных компаний, а также предприятия, головное или партнерское предприятие которого находится в Японии (включая представительства японских компаний), или лица, являющиеся техническими специалистами названных выше предприятий (для специалистов по информационным технологиям допускается срок работы на предприятии менее трех лет, но не менее одного года), и не менее одного раза посещавщие Японию в настоящем статусе, направляющиеся в Японию на короткий срок с целью осуществления служебных контактов, участия в конференции, торговых переговоров, подписания контрактов, сервисного обслуживания техники, рекламы, изучения рынка и других целей делового характера и приглашаемые предприятиями, зарегистрированными на фондовом рынке Японии (допускается приглашение не зарегистрированного на фондовом рынке предприятия, в случае его равного или более крупного масштаба).
- Лица, являющиеся деятелями в гуманитарной сфере
- деятели искуства, имеющие известность в мировом масштабе в области живописи, литературы, музыки, театра, хореографии и т. п.,
- непрофессионалы и спортсмены, достигшие признанных успехов,
- ректоры университетов, профессора, доценты (только штатные сотрудники),
- занимающие должность не ниже начальника отдела в государственных и муниципальных научно-исследовательских институтах, а также государственных и муниципальных музеях и направляющиеся в Японию на краткий срок с целью культурного обмена, обмена между органами местного самоуправления, спортивного обмена, участия в совещаниях, научных встречах и т.п., приглашаемые в Японию государственными или общественными организациями, либо органами государственного или местного самоуправления.
В том случае, когда цель поездки указанных выше лиц связана с получением в Японии дохода от ведения какого-либо дела или вознаграждения за какую-либо деятельность, необходимо специально оформлять отдельную визу, а не использовать имеющуюся (виза выдается на основе сертификата, разрешающего трудовую деятельность на территории Японии).

預託金：USD10000（帰国時に返却）
前金：USD10000（商品代金等の前払い金として来日後入所時に支払い）
預託金USD10000入金確認後、招聘状を作成、発送する。受領後最寄の日本大使館領事部に本人が申請する。不備がなければ10日前後に査証は発行される。預託金の支払いがない限り招聘状の送付は行わない。ただし査証が発行されない場合は送金手数料を差し引き返金する。

期間：90日/回
場所：埼玉県熊谷市（東京より北へ７０ｋｍ）または千葉県大多喜町（東京より東南へ60km）
内容：バイヤーは解体場にある使用済み自動車または周辺の販売会社、オークション等に出向き、自ら値段交渉、支払い、商品の回収をおこなう。解体、出荷準備、コンテナ詰作業も自らおこなう。弊社はバイヤーの通知に基づき必要なコンテナを手配し、通関手続きを行う。かかる経費と手数料はコンテナ予約確定後3日以内に現金にて弊社に支払う。
商品代金以外の諸費用（実費）
宿泊代金：USD150/人/月（電気、ガス、水道、込み）
廃棄物処理費：USD60/car, USD10/bike（スクラップ相場により変動あり）
傷害保険：USD60/person/month
解体出荷場所、設備使用料：USD2000/40F, USD1500/20F
コンテナ運搬費：USD1500/40F, USD1000/20F（解体場－横浜港）
輸出通関、書類作成料：USD400/container

その他、荷役、海上運賃、海上保険は仕向け先により算出する。
補足
トラック、フォークリフトは有償にて貸与するが、数や時間に制限があるため各バイヤー自身で購入するのが望ましい。
作業時間は月-土のam7:00 – pm7:00まで
夜間の外出は9時まで
通信機器は有料にて提供可能。
国際運転免許を本国で取得すること。
