His father Archie, a former quarterback, is the most popular player in New Orleans Saints history and little brothers Peyton and Eli have been Super Bowl MVPs.
Peyton goes for his second championship Sunday against the Saints, his father's team and the team he loved growing up.
"I feel pretty lucky to have two brothers to cheer for every Sunday," Cooper Manning, 36, told the Daily News. "I'm not a jealous guy. I'm excited to have a little bit of skin in the game here. My glass is full as it is.
"I'm a happy camper. The fact that I have brothers who have Authentic Keith McGill Jersey been involved in three of the last four Super Bowls is hard to put into words."
Cooper speaks to Peyton, 33, and Eli, 29, a couple times a week and the brothers are extremely close.
"Peyton does not have a bigger fan than Cooper. Eli doesn't have a bigger fan," Archie said. "The reason I'm so blessed is all three of them love each other so much and get along."
Cooper, the comedian in the family, was a pretty good football player himself, earning all star honors as a wide receiver his senior year in high school at Isidore Newman School in New Orleans, catching passes from Peyton. At 6 foot 4, he had a bright football future.
But an injury he suffered in high school, first treated as a nerve problem in his elbow, flared up during his freshman year at Ole Miss. He was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, a narrowing of the spinal canal, and needed surgery to relieve pressure on the spinal cord.

Cooper never played a down at Mississippi and his football career was over.
"It really affected Peyton," Archie said. "Peyton had a hard time with that. I think it's always been part of Peyton's motivation."
Cooper is a partner in Howard Weil, a New Orleans investment banking firm.
"We're very proud of Cooper. Kevin Pamphile Youth Jersey We're just as proud of Cooper," Archie said.
Even though Cooper's football career was short circuited, he still has had some celebrity moments. Peyton hosted "Saturday Night Live" in 2007, and Cooper and Eli wheeled a birthday cake onto the stage for their brother at the end of the show.
All three brothers did guest voices on a 2009 episode of "The Simpsons" called, "O Brother, Where Bart Thou?"
Cooper says he never wonders what might have been.
"I don't do that," he said. "I very seldom reflect on anything. I keep going. I appreciate and live for the moment.
