I would agree with Shabba in that I think that the vast majority of cases of hauntings (if they really occur) are visits by demons trying to deceive you. Thus they can either be the spirits people who have passed on, the spirits of people yet to be born, or people who have already been resurrected. I mostly agree with the other answers. I don think they can come back as beings you see and talk to but cannot touch. They do however, come back in dreams. Is that a literal visit from the grave, or return from Heaven? No, it isn It is my opinion that they can communicate with us through dreams if they really need to. I do not believe that this is common, but have experienced it myself. I do not KNOW this is true, it may be just my own mind wishing to see my father so much, I saw him in my dream. Who is to say if this was my dad or just my mind telling me it was? Only God.
I do not believe that men are transformed into angels when we get to Heaven, either. Angels are created beings, and they were created before man. When men get to Heaven, angels will still be angels. Men will be something else, we will be called Saints. We are different creatures than they, and created for a different purpose all together.

We spend time together in the dream, at the home they shared before they passed on. I relived all those wonderful memories through those dreams. I would assume they were just dreams, except for what they told me led me to believe they were attempting to let me know they were ok. They wanted to ease my grief, and maintain a connection to me. It may be difficult to understand for someone who has never experienced something like this.
my boyfriend past away six months ago and at imes I feel he is with me and certain sounds and smells eager my mind to believe he is here with me. A fly landed on the table right in front of me. I didn't think much of it but, as I would almost always do I tried to show my reflexes were faster than his by attempting to squash him. I missed! How could I miss such an easy target yet there the fly sat just as if I had done nothing. I reached down with my finger to see if I could get him to walk onto it. He would not but also would not fly away. I preceded to pet the fly's wings with my finger. He would hop around a bit and I would pet him again. He honestly seemed to enjoy it! For some very odd reason, I felt connected with this fly. I actually considered keeping him. you know, like a pet! This went on for several minutes until he jumped, landed on the middle of my hand for few seconds and flew away. I believe the fly was the spirit of my brother.

Hello everyone, i just wanted to share something with you all and welcome any comments. Last night I went to bed and before I was actually asleep i heard a noise in the bedroom, then again exactly the same. Then the radiator made an almighty bang (wasn't switched on and hadn't been for hours). The next thing i felt was difficulty breathing as if my lungs were smaller than normal. I felt as if the middle of my body was carrying a weight of another body. This lasted for 2 mins approx then gradually eased away. I just felt immense pressure too. Also a month ago i had a fantastic real dream that i was playing with my good friend who passed 16 years ago, it was so real and i woke up so happy. Now to feel this happy and at peace after so many years of grief i question whether this was just a silly dream or whether i did have contact with him. Love to hear your thoughts on these events.
