We researched famous toppings of three areas.
1) Hokkaido
The famous ramen of Hokkaido is Sapporo ramen used miso.
The toppings of Sapporo ramen are roast pork,corn,moyasi and some seafoods.
Many restaurants sold butter as a topping.
2) Hakata
Hakata ramen is tonkotsu base ramen.
The toppings of Hakata ramen are so simple.
Many of restaurants are topping only a leek or a leek and roast pork.
But many restaurants put white leek,leaf mustard and red pickled ginger on the table.
3) Tokyo
Tokyo ramen is the origin of Syoyu ramen.
So Tokyo ramen is the most famous in Japan.
The toppings of Tokyo ramen are roast pork,a leek,naruto,menma and laver.
