What's a size Sizes are supposed to go by measurements(Bust, waist, and hip measurements), but in reality, designers just kind of do whatever they want. For example, i am 5'5, 126 lbs, with a 31 inch bust, a 27 inch waist, and 35 inch hips. (Kinda thick in the middle from having kids, lol)According to the size charts, my bust would put me at a 0 or xs small, waist a 6, and hips a size 2.In realilty, the clothing in my closet ranges from a size 2 to a size 8, depending on the cut, style, and designer of the clothes.Basically, you just never really know for sure what size you're going to need until you try the clothes on. : ) Good michael kors bags cheap luck with college, btw!Hope you enjoy yourself here! ;) At 38 30 36, i usually wear size 6 pants and size 8 tops.As noted above, though, it can vary a lot from store to store especially if you don't match the pear shape that they use as a"Standard size". (According to the latest sizing charts i read, my hips are a size 2 and my waist and bust are size 10 so if someone designs jeans based on hip measurements, i'll take a smaller size than if they design them based on waist measurements. Also, expect that if you stay the same size, your numerical size will decrease every couple of years due to vanity sizing. ) Here is a good video from good morning america about what americans call"Vanity sizing" I guess it really depends where you shop.Designer labels like michael kors and ralph lauren, etc,(You get the picture)Don't do this too much. But who buys strictly designer clothes?Anyway, it sucks. Now with all the styles lately that are very loose and crazy i find myself wearing a size small and i am definitely not a small when things are fitted. We do michael kors handbags sale it different ways depending on brand. First, if you are going to shop in a juniors department their sizing starts at 00 and goes up very large. And it skips numbers. For example.00, 0, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19.Odd numbers for juniors clothes.I would say average girls are sizes 7, 9, or 11. Women's sizes are different. They are in even numbers. For example, 00, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, you get the idea.I wear anywhere between a 6 and a 12 in women's sizes! My normal is size 8 or 10.So you get the thing about the variations, obviously because i know my body isn't different sizes every single day but my pants sure tell a different story. My favorite is to go with the brands that do inches. This occurs usually in more expensive brands of clothing and jeans.I wear a 30 or 31 inch waist in most brands depending on the style, you know are they high waisted, hip hugger, do they sit very low?You probably have that in your county?Like, i am very tall so i wear a 35.5 inseam so my clothing jean label reads 30x35.5. For me, and i think a lot of women, shirts are a mandatory try on.There are so many different factors between sizing, style, ichaeloragcheap and cut and fabric that it is impossible to know what is going on!
