何かお祝い事があったわけでもなく、 ただ楽しいからと今日も楽しんでいました。
Fast, great and no way you mess up! Oven baked chicken is the best way and easiest route to take when you want to entertain someone special! Lazy me、 stuffed the chicken with frozen shrimp rice,. The rest is the basics! Coated the skin with the usual : buttter, (olive oil-garlic,basil also really works) salt, pepper, thyme, etc. For decorations I always love using chevil (≡^∇^≡) You can always use it for any fish dish too! Flavors up the dish real right!
