I the meantime, I talked to mom and she booked my flight. It would up being about $1650, which was $150 less than I thought.

Hopefully - though unlikely - this will translate into her thinking I've earned the right to pocket monies as well. I doubt it, though. She sounded very "take food and souvenires out of your own pocket" which would mean either being super frugal (aka not eating) or busting out the credit card...in a not-pay-it-off-immediatly capacity. ｡ﾟ(T^T)ﾟ｡ Suck.

At Work Musings

The first thing I miss about my home computer is the Japanese input option. My work computer is ghetto and can read and copy/paste characters, but will not let me input them. (￣∩￣# Lame.

Currently I'm on break, waiting for the swelling in my fingers to dwindle from 10-keying too much. Yes, I realize that typing more isn't going to help this, but I never function on normal logic and have this weird theory about moving my fingers over the letter keys actually helping to reestablish a normal movement pattern for my fingers instead of the cramped 10-key position. (*^o^*)

I also wanted to express my love of SEAMO's "Crybaby" because the song is excellent. (^ε^)♪ The lyrics are solid, the singing is clear and quality, and the music doesn't feel recycled - unlike certain bands KAT-TUN that I could mention. （ ´(ェ)｀） I'll have to make everyone listen to "Crybaby" and learn of its glory. I will, perhaps, have to explore more of SEAMO's music, see what I think of it. The video for the single is lame, though, and reminds me of mid-90's love ballad videos.

Obscene Morningtime

Mornings really are little bastards, aren't they. Cats, too, for that matter. If mine weren't cute and fluffy, I'd get rid of him. Really.

Sometime this evening or tomorrow I'll sort out what I think of last week's Oricon Top 10...because everyone needs to know what I think, clearly. (￣▽+￣*)

The reason I'm blathering so early is because I'm waiting for a disc to burn. Also, it was too early to start out for work. Now would be just the time to grab the disc and get McBreakfast, but the disc isn't done burning. (*^ー^)ノ Figures.

Hopefully today will make me less of a crazy office lady and more like a standard issue human...except for the singing at my desk and whatnot. (＃⌒∇⌒＃)ゞ

I just now noticed that hovering over the emoticons will give you what they're supposed to represent. Fantastico. <--- Look, I can be just like 嵐!!!
